Ripoff Sold me a 5 month old kitten with Corona Virus which mutated to FIP

On Sept 4 I purchased a beautiful flame point Raggamuffin cat (5 months old) from this store. He had a watery eye and when I asked about this I was told his littermate scratched him. I questioned this several times and was continually told it was nothing. His records show he was treated for infection back in May when he was about 6 weeks old. I was sold a sick cat and now the cat is going to die. I have called the owner manager of this shop and she informed me she takes no responsibilty for this. She knows that this cat has been exposed to the Corona Virus and also knows this probably came from her catery.

My vet bills now run in the $100's of dollars. She informed me that her obligation by law is only 14 days from purchase. I was sold a diffective animal. The laws of the state do not apply to this situation. I will take whatever action necessary to recover my losses and care for this cat until his death. Please, anyone who knows of this store or ventures to it be aware they are selling potentially ill animals. The heartache and anger this has caused is almost unbearable. Profits are being made from the sale of these animals. They are responsible.
