The customer service of this company is horrible. I called this number "416 781 0551" which is the main place to call about any inquiries for Canada/Toronto and the guy picked up... And said, "Do you realize what time it is" (It was 9:15 pm). I said is this jovani dresses? And he says "yes, ill tell you what to do. Call back tomorrow". Holy. I was thinking, well if this is a bad time, then why are you still picking up? Never experienced worse customer service in my life. This is the last time i am purchasing from Jovani. I own several of their dresses; however, my philosophy is that if I am paying for something i expect the person to at least be courteous enough to speak politely. Despicable.
