Shipping thw worst

Ordered some items for my daughter 16 Dec, they were NOT shipped until 8 Jan, BUT then the pkg was returned to them the next day by delivery service, so they shipped it again, same thing it got returned to them by delivery service. Fianlly on 11 Jan it was labeled correctly and shipped. According to tracking number. Here it is 7 Feb and still no package. Bill paid for but no merchandise. Terrible shipping!!
