Ripped off by Wireless Feeling Realy DUMB

After seeing all of the ongoing problems (over 200!!!) I feel really dumb actually signing a contract with these sly cats. I asked for AT&T & got jacked... 9 months later I get a bill for an ungodly amount from MCI - ever try e-mailing these guys... No sence of urgency whatsoever... Calling them on the customer service line - What service??? A lot of bad music putting us to sleep to eventually talk to an underpaid "glad to be at work" juvenile that tells you to call back - they can't help you. Paying with a "check by phone" is a huge catastrophie - they never even debit the account & then penalize you when you don't pay on time... PULL YOUR HEAD OUT - Don't use these idiots!
