Make sure that you have your Lobotomies before you sign on with Allied Barton Security because it is surely the most mindless job you can possibly imagine... They don't arm their employees because the suicide rate out of shear boredom would be astronomical. The pay rate offered is not sufficient for anywhere in New Jersey, 10 dollars per hour does not cut it. The "training " programs offered are a joke, I took the first five years worth of these tests (according to my supervisors) within 45 days and never recieved any grading, scores or other feedback in regards to them. As far as I can tell the Post Operations Manuals are nothing more than Cover Your @#$ books for management, they provide nothing but double talk and no support for the individual Security Officer. This outfit tries hard to bolster a team spirit and "it's a big job " mentality, all they really want to do is fill suits with units and make them Hall Monitors.
