In response to Joanne from Nashville, Tennesse, I am willing to join you in the class action suit. I was not allowed to leave when I told several time I was not interested. After I finally signed, I thought I was in my legal right to cancel my contract within three days without penalty. I called to cancel and was told I could not cancel, so I lost the same amount as you. So, yes I you have another unhappy customer.
