Takes your money and never provides services promised

I hired this company to assist me in credit consultantion as well as credit repair. I have been a client since March 3rd and there has been limited activity since this date. Not only has there not been anything done on my account, but I have been getting the run around since becoming a client.

I have dealt with 3 different individuals who no longer works there. After that I was passed around from person to person, voicemail to voicemail with no return calls. Since no one was returning my calls, I decided to make a visit to the Dallas office where I met Chris Cones who is the most rudest person I have ever met. He basically informed me that I was not getting my money back, so I might as well stop asking.

Not only did he tell me that I wasnt going to get my money back, but told me that they werent suppose to take me on because of "previously investigated items" but did anyway to help me out. If this is how you help people, I would rather not be helped.

It has been 8 months and my credit is still in the same shape and I have recieved no credit consultations. No one has helped me and I am very disappointed. I have since sent an email to the owner requesting a requesting a full refund of my $840 due to services not rendered. I never recieved the services I was promised.
