Tried To Change My Service With My Child's Permission

An AT&T sales person tried getting my child to authorize changing our long distance service. My child told them no and to call back later.
The next time they called, I disguised my voice and pretended to be "young". I told her repeatedly I was not old enough to authorize the change and she was willing to change it anyway.in the middle of a sentence, I started using my real voice and told her how upset I was by her actions and asked for a supervisor. The AT&T rep disconnected the call.
I tried for several weeks to find out who I should send the complaint to and got the run-around. I was given several different phone numbers that got my no-where. I was told it was a telemarketing issue and not an AT&T issue.
