Ripoff they snagged our unwanted CDs

This company found a way to snag my teenage daughter into subscribing while browsing the internet looking for song lyrics - she did not intend to do sign up for their service. When we tried to call them to discuss this we found that it was extremely difficult to find a phone number for their customer service function. When i finally found a number and got the customer service rep on the phone she lectured me about how i should better manage my daughter's use of the internet.

When i tried to respond she hung up on me! I called back and spoke to a supervisor who had only a slightly less nasty attitude. I believe that any company that relies on deceptions and tricks to get your business - doesn't deserve to be in business.
