Ripoff, NOT 30 day trial as stated, only 29 days and you're charged!

Decided to try this out because my husband sells items on ebay, however we no longer have internet access at home so this was an expense that I just didn't need. A charge showed up on my checking account so, I called the number given and was told that it's NOT a 30 day trial, it is a 29 day trial and I was charged for the first month because I hadn't canceled before the end of that period.

I don't recall that information anywhere on the initial sign-up, but regardless I called on the 22nd and the 29th day was the 20th (Saturday). Well, fine I'm out 16.00 bucks but you don't have to be. Don't trust this company's advertised trial. You can purchase stamps from the USPS online just as easily and without a monthly charge.

Learn from my mistake. I'm being charged for the privilege of having their little icon taking up space on my desktop, even though I never utilized their service and called them to cancel a day late.
