Animetoyzone did not ship my ordered item and did not reply to my email. Hong kong

I have made a payment on the item i ordered on the 9th of January. The store stated that the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been made. So i waited. After 3 days, i checked the status of my item in the 'service' section. There was no tracking number and no shipping date. I thought they might want to take some time to process everything. So i waited another 3 days.

After 3 days of waiting, i checked my item again. Again, there was no shipping date and no tracking number. So i contacted them on 15th of January. Through email. I waited again for another 2 days for their reply as stated by the store. After 2 days, no reply at all. After the next day, NOTHING. I contacted their customer service too but no one answered the phone. I was very disapointed by their service so i wrote them another email. I state that their service was very disapointing and i suspect them as a fraud. So i made a report on paypal and escalated the report with some 'evidence' i found on the internet regarding the reviews of animetoyzone.com. I have found a few on the internet.

As a buyer, i expect good service and communication. But animetoyzone did not give what they stated in their store. I suspect they are a scam as i have read reviews on them. I have made a mistake of not reading a review on animetoyzone before i make a purchase. Do not buy from this seller as they are a fraud. Research the store first before you make a purchase.
