USPassportNOW
Issued $50 fee in spite of canceling within 24 hour window. No customer service. Absolute scam

I am a student that wanted to expedite the passport renewal process to travel with friends. I am educated, internet savvy and unassuming. I went to USPassportNow to try to speed the process up and was impressed with its visual graphics and ease of use. However, when I received the receipt for their services and followed the recommended "checklist" I saw that I still needed to submit all manner of paperwork and payment via the traditional government website. I realized at this time, that the cost of using USPassportNow, even to expedite, was much more than expected. The total cost information was NOT clear or transparent on USPassport's website.

When I attempted to cancel the order, within the 24 hour period identified in their policy, I was met with horrible customer service and a $50 non-refundable fee that was also NOT clear or transparent throughout the process.

I have never been so obviously ripped off in my life and wanted to find a way to respond so that others would not experience the same. USPassportNow may work for some, but I found their process unclear, misleading and ultimately costly. DO NOT USE this site.
