Veterinary Mart, corp AllVetMed provides veterinary perscription. They say 100% Service Satisfaction. Really Bad Service, forgets payment, 1 month, still no meds

Ordered and paid $20.95 on 12/15 via paypal. They said they can't find the payment and that is the reason why they did not ship. I emailed the PayPal receipt on 1-14-13 and called them to verify they got the payment. They said they will ship out the medications within one week. No apologies, no sorry about that. Called twice before. Said they would check to see if they can find payment on PayPal. It is impossible to misplace order payments on PayPal. I don't think I will get the medications. If not I will file a protest via PayPal.

Their website has some noted errors and links that do not work.in one place they show the order has been shipped and another it hasn't.

Mailed the prescription from our Vet on 12/15. They never mentioned they did not receive the prescription via mail. I'm sure that will be next on their list of excuses.
