Continue billing to non existing phone numbers

I keep getting past due noticeds from pioneer telephone for phone numbers that I canceled 3 month ago. Reaching them by phone is imposible, after beeing put on hold for 20 minutes they just disconnect you. So far they have not responded to my e mail niether. Their bill doesn't even specific what the bill is for. Frankly I don't even remember signing in with them - I probably paid for service I never signed for or received, the only reason I got a letter from them is because I changed my credit card numbers and canceled my phone numbers - yet they try to collect for what??!!

The strange thing is that the phone number they do not respond to is the number they also give for new service. Are they a real company or just a fraud entity?

I will file a follow through when and if I get some response from them.
