Ack in may i saw a comericial on pioneer first platnum card so i called the 1800 number. There rep. Told me i could get a pioneer first platnum card that was accepted anywhere visa was accepted. (lie #1.) he also told me that if for any reason i was disatisfied i could return the card within thirty days for a full refund (lie #2.) it was a $5000 credit limit for only $189. So i fell for it and gave them my debit card #. Then in august i finally recived the card it was not a visa and i could only use it online or thru there catolog witch i never recived. And none of the vendors on there web site would accecpt there card.

So i same day mailed it to them and called them many times and sent many E-mails and got no responce. Finally about a month later i recived a letter saying that i was entitled to a full refund and that they would recredit my account within 28 busness days. (lie #3.) its now january 1st of the following year and they have given me nada zip zilch zero. And there numbers were disconected and now there is no more web site if you have any information on how i can fight this and get my money back please wright me at LizzardKing69@msn.com thank you David Broussard
