Scammed my debit card for 385.00

Asked them to disconnect as none of the bills were at all accurate and I did not watch tv. They billed me numerous months for insurance that I specifically asked not to and they refused to credit me with it. They out of the blue charged my debit card for 385.00 several months later. My bank refuses to credit my account.
