Totally horrible people - horrible service - overpriced - will use your credit card without your approval - harrassing emails - threats - nothing is beneath these people!!!

In the end it was the horrible customer service that forced me to go elsewhere for this service - their billing is deceptive and incorrect and they will lie about how to cancel the service and then keep charging your credit card - even when you have clearing told them via phone fax and letter to stop - I finally had to go to my bank to stop them!!!

And my clients starting telling me horror stories about being put on hold - and having their call dropped - and rude people answering the phone - I made a few test calls and the operators told all kinds of lies about when their call would be returned - instead of just saying the message would be sent, they told people I was sick and would get to them later - or that they didn't care when I would get back to the client... Unreal!!!

Stay away from these people!!!
