Ripoff

Biggest rip off cell phone company. Make any changes to your account and they slam your bill. Mine was slammed by $400 dollars over the regular amonut and $35.00 over the second month. All I did was add a second line that was suppose to be free for 3 months with extra minutes. Those minutes weren't added to the account.

After disputing the bill for 3 months, i was given a payoff price. I paid it, and now I get a letter for collection saying I never paid. They say I have 18 more months on this contract for a phone that is not usuable, but the contract date was 10 months ago (the original has more things written on it then my copy too) Good Deal? Unless 14 dropped calls in 20 minutes is acceptable to you, and having to dial several times to get a connection.
