Ripoff incompetent, rude and discourteous service, also discriminating

I called black and white taxi service and asked for a cab and the dispatcher told me right away. Thirty minutes passsed and I called back and I told her I don't see the cab yet. She started screaming and hung up the phone.

I called back and told her the driver passed my house. She told me to stop calling. The cab finally arives an hour late. I tell him where I'm going and he tells me to get out of his car because he's not making that trip because his customer for 15yrs has to be picked up. Then he starts screaming while my son is sitting right there, crying.

I call the police and they take me to pick my child up from school. I arrived there 2 hours late. Now I am disabled and I had to walk with my kids to the next town over to get back home. I went to the stand to ask for the person in charge and they tell me none of my business. I am on a lot of medication and I have made a complaint with the better business bureau.
