Recurring charges, enrolling in watch clu

They advertise their watches as being available just for the shipping price of $5.99. No where on the main page does it tell you that you will be billed the "retail value" of the watch of $95 and then enrolled in a "watch club" where you will be charged an additional $49.99 each month for a new watch.

They do explain this in their terms and conditions, but there is nothing on the order form or front page that even hints that you're about to sign up for recurring fees. This kind of deception is illegal and they are required by law to include that information up front and not hidden inside terms and conditions on a separate page.
