Ripoff

Placed an order on October 10. After weeks of waiting to recieve order called jacmacscooters and was told order would be shipped out next Tuesday. No tracking number, no product recieved still after another week. Called again 10 times over 5 days, left emails, and no return call. Finally after the sixth day jacmacscooters remarkably did return my call. They said they would credit money back to my credit card today. Its been a week plus now and guess what, no credit in our account yet. Will never do bsiness again with them and I urge anyone to look elsewhere when they are buying too.
