Sprint pcs wireless services consumer rip-off

Sprint pcs was notified back in dec that my new home address was in the state of pa. For serven months they continued to charge me ny. State taxes and queens county special fees. Totaling the amount of $12.00 per month.

I complained to them since feb. They kept charging me these fees and i just kept paying after seven months of complaining and not getting no where. I sent them certified letters concerning the matter.

I asked them to please correct the problem on my invoices and to issue me my credit in the amount of $84.00. At my request i recieved no answers form sprint pcs. I then sent more certified letters and told them i would not pay my bill till this problem was corrected.

They are now chaseing me for payments and they cancelled my service and are trying to hit me with another $150.00 charge for breaking my contract.

I did not break any contract and still have not received any credit for the taxes i was charged. Please check into this matter.
