CRS Home shopping network ripoff. How are they gettting away with this?

They took out 199.00 out of my account and I tried to find there web site to do some shopping but there is no page for them like they said there was. I closed out my checking account so they could'nt get anymore fee's frome me... How do I get my 199.00 back frome them? How are they getting away with this?
