Nevershaveagain.com, Finallty Free Permanent Hair Removal
Ripoff, their product doesnt work, and they never gave a refund!

I ordered a "Permanent Hair Remover" from the website nevershaveagain.com in September and they have "100% satisfaction guarantee" on their site telling customers if they are not satisfied with the product within 30 days, they would gladly issue a refund for them. Ok, this thing never works, or it only doesnt work on me, so I emailed them asking for an authorization number for a refund, they replied after quite a while, and they finally replied me after weeks and gave me a number (#0036-10842) and told me to write it on the package and ship it back to this address: United Production, Inc., Warehouse Loading Dock Area, 231 Johnson Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108 (I still keep their emails in case I need proof). I mailed it back thru USPS (I was issued a tracking number so that I know it actually has reached their place) but when I tried to email them asking about the status of my refund, they never replied me!!! And I also tried to call them, no one picked up the phone either. The hair remover is $100, it's not expensive but not cheap either, and the point is you can't do business like this?! I guess they don't even have a customer representative no matter what time you call in, and I also left some voice messages but nobody replies. This is such a rip-off.

This company is a FRAUD!!! Don't ever buy anything from them, I used to shop a lot on the internet, but after this rip-off, I just don't shop online so often because you can't get to really reach them.
