Customer service women very rude - Jeans

We have been into Kohls west side location in Sioux Falls, SD twice in the last week to either return or exchange a gift. Both times they one, didn't listen to what we were trying to say but talked over us or two, told us we needed to go get something else and pushed us aside only to go to the end of the line. We understand it is busy and they deal with people all day, but that is no reason to treat the customer like this, we have been shopping at Kohls since it came to town. We won't stop shopping there but, would just like you to know how they do business over there
