Ordered a bag from Michael Kors Plaza thinking it was an on-line outlet store for Michael Kors on Oct. 15th. I realized quickly that I had made a stupid mistake. I contacted them through email corresponding with a "Susan Smith"."She" said it would take a 1/2 month for my refund and I would only get 94% back that the bank in China would keep 6%. I was fine with that but it has been 1/2 month and I still haven't seen the refund. Starting to get frustrated!
