I have got no help from them

I closed a deal for Regency Shower Displays to get rid of our bathtub and use a walk in bath. They insisted on the 50% deposit before they'd create the system and plan the installation. They've shut their gates and manufacturer and stated they're exercising specifics but I've got no aid from their website.
