Ripoff surprized to find extra charges from a company you dont know

Received the newly formatted SBC bill this month I have two charges one for 10-6 & 11-4 for an email service fee.

So I call the 1-800-926-6435 & well mailbox is full imagine that. So I call SBC they say by law they cannot help in this matter. Very rarely do I or recomend to others that they make complain on petty thing. This one I must say is got me.

I will call the FCC & report as well Thanx for you interest. If this is a valid charge of which I am responceable for thats one thing & I will pay but not being able to contact anyone is never OK.
