OANPrivasafe Email ripoff fraudulent billing this company appeared on our SBC Phone bill

I have two charges on my phone bill for $14.95 for Privasafe Email SVC monthly billing and. 90 fedral tax - $30.80 total -Who are these people?

The phone company has no idea who they are and and were kind enough to remove the fee from our phone bill but said Privasafe may rebill me the $30.80?!! They don't know who authorized the charges to our phone bill in the first place!

I have been calling their number for a week now and always reach voice mail which states the voice mail is full then disconnects! Web site they list on the msgs for the number sends you to anti visus adds. Anyone else with this problem?
