Received a defective Marui OEM RC 1/24 scale airsoft battle tank from Raiden Tech to use as a Christmas gift. E-mailed Raiden Tech on 12/28 and again today 1/2 and still no response. Have tried to call the number they list 626-968-9860 and it continues to have a fast busy signal. Also have not been able to communicate via their "live chat" system. Website just says it is off line and not working and directs you to contact them via their e-mail addresses... That doesn't seem to be working either.
