I placed an order for my Canon printer and this company sells CISS or continous ink supply system. The order was placed December 7 and I received a notice that they shipped my order through USPS last December 19th with USPS tracking number. After a week passed by I called the company but I got answering machine only. I did sent inquiry online and never received any response. To make matter worst, I went to USPS check the tracking number and I was told that their office (USPS) never receive themechandise to be shipped. I was told to call Earth Injkjet to follow up and unfortunately never got any response from them. I've read the same reports from RipOff and found myself as one of the victim of this company which I read has so many internet names with the same contact number. Now I know I got ripped off.
