Unable to Cancel Service After Stroke Because Password Forgotten

I wanted to end my service after two years of on time payments, I had a stroke and they said i needed my password to end service and i didnt remember it after having a brain injury like that. So then they wouldn't ask for any other info just said thats the only way to end service is with a password so then 2 years later they send me two collection for 556.76 what bad business, the only way to end service is with a password you couldn't remember after having a stroke and i ask them ask me anything else but they said that was the only way to end service
