Ripoff, does not call back on claims, dishonest

I used ireland cleaners for about 6 months. I had a very nice london fog 3/4 length jacket with a busted zipper. I took it in on March 12 and was told that they would call me back.

I june I asked about my jacket and was told that they were relocation their warehouse and it would not be much longer.in October, after asking 2 more times for my coat, I was told it was lost and to fill out a claim ticket. I was told to wait for the owner, Mr. Mike Brinn, to call me. After two months and 5 request for Mr. Brinn to call me i have not heard from him. The cashier would not give me Mr. Brinn peronal number. I later found out Mr. Brinn has had other complaints with the BBB for not answering claims. I hate it when someone can take your money but will not stand up and take care of their mistakes.
