Ripoff DISHONEST: Losing / Missplacing / Damaging Items during move

The company moved me between August 27 and September 3 from Copley Ohio to Draper, UT. Unfortunately various items have been broken and several items disappeared. Jerry one of the movers - gave me a telephone number for complaints, which supposedly is connected to a fax number, where there is only an answering machine. I left a message and nobody returned my call.

The company committed to a certain date that was not met; therefore I could not be there when your people were packing. They packed carelessly, destroying items, loosing parts. They did not make a proper inventory, and they lost (or misplaced) items. Before signing the contract I inquired about your insurance coverage. I was assured me that the company is fully insured.
I wrote a letter and spoke to the owner eventually. There has not been any response to my claim of $1,394.00 of damages.
