In 95 we, a poor couple with two sons where involved in a bank robbery where our car was used as the get away vwhicle. We were told that the bank was not responsible because it occured outside of the locatoin.

So hired Bernard Fredricks & Mason Haldane Attorneys at Law from Atlanta, nice fellow from the first glance, but - he cashed our money and never, ever filed any papers regarding the incident - we communicated with his answering maschine, never got a call back, and today we know nothing, he never did anything but cashing money - my sons and wife have had to visit with doctors. My son's 6 & 8 both wake up at night with nightmares. I was upside down with our single car and now we have no car. I have to take a 2 hour bus ride each day to and from work.
