The ADT contract is for five years with a 90% buy out clause bottom line if you sign this contract today and the building burns down a week later you still owe for five years. You will pay ADT $1,500.00 over the term of the contract. You can the same service paying about $500.00 up front for the equipment and $4.95 a month for the monitoring service with no contract.
