ParkEast Homeowner Association scam, towing

This complex expects their tenants to make you fully aware of their parking policies. They leave their responsibility up to the tenants. There are no signs anywhere about parking policies yet if you are visiting someone and your car is there after midnight, you get a warning. If it's there after 1am, you get towed. Yet, as i mentioned before, there are no signs anywhere, visibly displaying their parking policies. The security guards are low-life thugs with tattoos on their faces, and not to be trusted. The person running the towing company is pretty much the same which led me to believe that they may even be in cahoots. The manager of the homeowners association is flat out rude and dismissive about their lack of responsibility with regards to letting the visitors know their policies.instead they push off their responsibility to their tenants. This place is running some sort of scam. If it's not a scam, they are a bunch of non-ethical, unprofessional people running this so-called business.
