Ripoff over charge slow disrespectfull damaged Phoenix

2.5 hours late with no phone call. I had to call the office at which time he got a run around and after demanding someone be out with the truck, 2 guys arrived at 11:30am (not 9am).

The attic area of the truck was loaded promptly and efficiently after which the 2 men doing the moving slowed down their pace and took numerous breaks and proceeded to load items 1 at a time and with no concern regarding how long loading was taking.

Loading the truck took 5 hours, with it arriving at the new house at 5:30pm only after the truck made a stop at Fry's so one of the employees could cash a check and get something to eat.

Extremely disrespectful (2 employees mulled around in truck on several occasions and discussed what jerks we were) and condescending.

More concerned with taking smoke breaks or using our phone than getting freight out of truck.

Damaged Items Scratches Dents and handling of boxes without regard to their contents even thought every box was clearly marked if fragile or not and which end should be up.

After discussing their snail like speed the intentional slow down started by carried on box at a time instead of using the two dollies they brought to speed up the process. We at one point had to threaten to call the Avondale Police department to get our goods off of your truck. Which sped up the assistants work really fast, for five minutes or until he asked to use the phone for the fifth time.

I understand that each company's goal is to turn a profit, however to turn a profit there has to be a consistent success with your staff. Not a 10 hour job that makes a one time big buck. You will only succeed if you do each job quickly and accurately handing your clients property as if it was your own. Unfortunately the business ethic we saw from your organization appeared to be the ethics of a third rate organization, your staff was not professional, they were not accurate and the were extremely slow, handling our household goods as if it were garbage.
