I had been a worker at Ross in Port Arthur, Texas. I resigned from Ross and my last evening was November 14. On my last trip to work I had been verbally assaulted and endangered with a male employee, losing prevention employee. The event happened before clients, workers and also the store-manager. The store-manager did very little but chuckled. I had been frightened and trembling in the loss-prevention worker yelling and cursing at me for no explanation whatsoever. He kept calling me young girl and requesting me easily hear him. He shouts and shouts "F*CK ROSS, F*CK ROSS, F*CK THESE CLIENTS." Used to do not shout or shout back only at that big statured and measurement guy. I am a lady, small body which man called S loss-prevention man, is yelling and shouting at me. He walks up-to me like he would strike me loud. Then he intends me by stating "You notice me young girl, you notice me, oh that you don't notice me? I WILL DEMONSTRATE BETTER THEN I WILL INFORM YOU." After he claims that in my experience then he will take off towards the back of the shop towards the breakroom walking extremely fast. The worker informs me he's likely to contact his "people" to obtain me after I log off from work. I am really frightened and trembling. Nobody says something to him, not really the STORE-MANAGER. The STORE-MANAGER does only laugh and walk-off. I had been sobbing and trembling and frightened for my entire life that I simply rush up rapidly and clocked out and quit. I had been so frightened for my entire life. Used to donot understand what S would move do-or get but I quit rapidly before he arrived back furthermore the STORE-MANAGER didn't have my back. Nobody whatsoever did. Used to donot understand if he'd a weapon or tool he would "SHOW ME BETTER THEN THEY CAN TELL ME". Something must be achieved. Please contact me. He shouldn't escape with this specific or even the store-manager.
