I had been a worker at Ross from May to June. I quit due to several cause, primary one being the store-manager. I've spoken to time twice, but nothing was solved. You will find way too many specifics, but I'd need to create a guide! Our problem is I had been there over annually and skipped one-day of function and was a reliable and great employee. Everybody loved me except the store-manager for whatever cause I dont understand. People there state envy, but personally I think we're all to aged for that. But that's how she was. Anyways, I had been a place superviser and me and also the additional superviser requested if it had been time for the holiday since we'd been there to get a year and also the store-manager said yes. And so I place in my request my holiday and got it. After I got my check after my holiday, I observed it had been not on ther. The store-manager named to determine why and was informed that within the guide it claims we've to be always a "fulltime" worker to get a year. I'd just been full-time for around six months. It had been at this time I chose to stop, since our store-manager don't actually understand what is certainly going on. And so I skipped a months pay. I'd have worked alternatively easily realized any unique. And so I place my 14 days in so when I quit the area she informed another superviser that she realized I had been likely to do this which she currently had somebody arranged. It's somebody that had just been there to get a small over per month but she was a buddy. Our issue is, that since I have have been there to get a year and had holiday period created up, and that I worked my 14 days out, am I eligible for what holiday period is made up? I acquired my last check today which is not on my check. I dont know who to contact. Time is just taking care of the organization. Usually are not do I keep in touch with?
