Ripoff Incorrect Billings Switched Plans Add On's etc

I have to spend hours after hours researching my nextel bill every month, they change plans without notice, add fees for services that I did not order and when I call to add or deduct phones they change plans on other phones. I have 8 phones for my company and every time I call for assistance on 1 phone I get things net service or different services. The biggest problem is that they are a monopoly and I have to put up with this garbage for my business. One solution I have for others is to keep the phone for Radio service and go buy another companies phone service?
