Part time JOB SCAM

I saw their ad on Kijiji.ca for a part time driving job, delivering small packaged for them in GTA.
When i asked for the average pay, they danced around the question and never answered. I told them i will do a trial day for them to see how much i will make and if it is worth it based on gas prices these days. I worked for them for one day and went to 8 locations from West of Mississauga to many places in Brampton to Scarborough to Thornhill and King city while paying for the gas out of my own pocket. Ended up spending $50 on gas. When the shift was done, i went back to them and said how much money did i make after 10 hours of driving and still no one gave me an answer so i said im not coming back. When i called them
back to get paid, after many tries, they tried to tell me how there is a $100 penalty for not giving them a one week notice and apparently its in the contract (even though i toldthem 4 times, im only doing a trial run and they never mentioned it)
also they told me i ONLY MADE $48 that whole dya. $2 les than i spent on gas. So i worked all day and made MINUS 2 dollars. They never even gave me the $48 by the way. So im out $50. Im writing this in hopes that anyone who is thinking about driving for them sees this and realized what a SCAM they are! They scam people who are already short on money (which is why people want to work there in the firts place) and dont even pay them. I really hope someone takes legal acion against these
immoral SCAM artists! P. S my very first and last delivery of the day, both companies (as they realized its my first day)
