Clarence Williams III SCAM Freelance Programme

If you are considering using a freelance programmer do NOT hire Itzybit (AKA: Clarence Williams III). He sells his scam service on sites like Guru.com and Freelancer.com, amongst others. Do NOT be fooled by his 5 star ratings! Apparently these sites allow contractors to HIDE their bad ratings, and they are allowed to hide unfavorable reviews.

Upon hiring Itzybit, he immediately demands you to send him $ via safepay invoices. This is something I normally never do, but in his case I made an exception because of his 5 star reviews. However, the person I was dealing with was rude, and a liar. When I asked him if work began, he said he had begun working. However, after checking my logs, I confirmed he never even logged in to download my source code. When confronted, he blew up on me telling me I was checking on him "every 5 mins"; which is not true — I gave him several hours between asking for an update.
