It was totally unacceptable to keep us waiting 4-1/2 hours, at the store, while the manager supposedly tried to fix our bill. If the sales person and the manager had communicated better to each other and to us, all of this could have been avoided. The sales person, I believe, should have told us about the 5% discount if we used their credit card, but, then the manager should have taken the time to fix this mistake properly without making us wait. The bill was fixed after a couple of weeks, but I would not use this store again. Also, we should have been a priority instead of what they were going to have for lunch.
