Excessive Gas Charging - gasoline

I'm a single mother of 5 and on my way to drop my brother off to work I needed a bucks of gas in my car. I noticed the gas was $3.15 which is similar to the cost in my neighborhood so I stopped. When I went in to the Mobile station located on the South West corner of Southfield and West 8 Mile Rd, I provided the Clerk with $12 cash. Because I have a Mercedes Benz 300E I must use Premium gas but because it was a small amount I decided to use Special had. Well to make a long story short, I pumped $7.09 before I noticed I was being charged $3.79 for Special gas. I confronted the clerk about the charge he says that's for credit card. I them informed him my brother brought him $12 cash. He says that's the right price. I then told him he was over charging people for gas. He said that he is charged more fire Special gas so he charges more. I told him he is not charged that much more and give me the remainder of my money back.

This is the purpose of my complaint today.
