Lost my shipment

Very upset that I ordered a lot of Christmas presents during kohls Black Friday sales and never received any of my items. It took them no time to deduct the payment from my bank account but after speaking to customer service it will take 10-14 days to refund it!!! Out of the 8 items I ordered, only one was still available (of which I had to pay for again!) I will say that the customer service lady I spoke to was very nice and she did try to help me find other items at a discount. To no avail because the items I was looking for could not be shipped priority meaning they wouldn't get here in time for me to use. I will never shop kohls.com on Black Friday again and possibly never period!
