I went to this establishment to enjoy my favorite decaf coffee. I purchased a cup and used the complimentary wifi for a while. I got up to order another cup and ask for the washroom key. I came into contact with a staff member named Suria (sp). I asked for the washroom key and attempted to purchase another cup of coffee.in the middle of my request Suria said with great anger and distain "You go home you have enough". There was a nice girl that served me my first cup. I have many years of retail experience. I would have been horrified if an employee or manager acted in such a manner. At the company I worked for such behavior would result in a written warning for the first display of such behavior and termination at the next. Too many people are jobless and will treat your customers with respect to tolerate those who will not.
