Mail order company duvet really all bamboo fibers? - bamboo duvet cove

Shops, Products, Services

Before I ordered a bamboo duvet cover, I asked for more details about the product. The customer service rep could provide no more details than the few sentences in the catalog. Upon receiving it, it seemed a lot larger than the double/queen size stated. There were no labels on the item and the packaging information was very general, again no details or manufacturer identification. I sweat so much after using it for two nights that I began to wonder if it might be a bamboo blend since bamboo is known for being breathable. With the 100% bamboo fibers being just a part of the fabric, so I wanted to know if it was a blend or a product of entirely bamboo fibers. Many times I've bought products that say they are made with 100% cotton, but that cotton is just part of the fabric which might be a blend. I subsequently called the company two times and waited extended periods of time to speak with a manager to ask about this, but never got through. I thought I could ask the manufacturer, but the reps are not allowed to reveal who that is. I paid a lot for this cover.
