Not grandmas idea of shopping childrens clothes

Placed an order Oct15 #100407082 they just finally emailed me that part of my order was not shipping because they were out of my item in which I ordered 2 of the same thing different sizes. They said their items just fly out of the warehouse so it became unavailable. How can that be when I ordered it within the time frame and never notified they did not have it anyway. I will never order from them again these were presents for christmas and I still don't know if I am getting one or none. They said the rest of my shipment was being shipped but I did not order anything else. From now on will place orders with reputable companies.
