Horrible customer service

Terrible customer support and rude employees. I utilized Secure Contact Protection for ten years (Sept 99 to August). I surrounded my deck and needed extra protection plus they declined to send a specialist, they offered me a estimate within the telephone without actually viewing the housing. I called again and have to talk to the dog owner but, I had been not essential enough to talk to him therefore, I'd to keep in touch with a rude woman instead. At this time, I recognized that ten years of patronage meant nothing to Secure Contact and that I required support termination. I had been advised I'd to publish a notice written down to prevent support despite the fact that, I had been no further under agreement. I named the next day to end service again and that I was used in another woman, she questioned what might she do to maintain my support, I informed her "nothing", I ought to not need to threaten to end service to obtain help.
